Our Founder
Anisa Telwar Kaicker — Founder & CEOAnisa Telwar Kaicker founded Anisa International in 1992 starting with a single brush concept. Guided by artistry and grassroots entrepreneurship, she expanded the company into a multi-facility manufacturing enterprise that designs state-of-the-art beauty applicators for top global brands.
In 2003, she established wholly-owned manufacturing facilities in China, operating under strict environmental governance. This milestone positioned Anisa International as an industry leader in vertically integrated, environmentally conscious cosmetic tool production.
As a pioneer in ethical beauty manufacturing, Anisa led the industry-wide shift from animal hair to high-performance synthetic fibers, guaranteeing that all Anisa cosmetic brushes are 100% cruelty-free, hypoallergenic, and ethically built.
