Welcome to Anisa International, Inc. These Terms and Conditions govern the access, commercial engagement, purchasing agreements, and website use for our global beauty brand partners, OEM/ODM buyers, and institutional clients. By using our website or issuing commercial purchase orders, you accept these terms in full.
1. Global B2B Supply & OEM Terms
Anisa International operates as a premier design, engineering, and manufacturing partner specializing in custom makeup brushes, skincare applicators, and synthetic fiber solutions. All wholesale transactions, private label contracts, and manufacturing order acknowledgments are subject to verified commercial agreements, detailed manufacturing specifications, and agreed-upon minimum order quantities (MOQs).
Quotations provided to procurement teams are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise stipulated in writing. Orders become legally binding upon written confirmation from Anisa International and receipt of applicable initial deposits or agreed payment collateral.
2. Intellectual Property & Patent Protection
With over three decades of pioneer research, Anisa International retains sole ownership of all proprietary designs, synthetic fiber patents, custom tool molds, and manufacturing methodologies developed prior to or during client engagements, except where custom IP transfer agreements are explicitly executed.
- Trademarks & Branding: Logos, brand marks, product names, and trade dress belonging to Anisa International or its client partners remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners.
- Custom Tooling & Mold Retention: Unless custom tooling fees are paid in full under an exclusive ownership contract, tooling developed in-house remains the engineering property of Anisa International.
- Proprietary Fiber Blends: Engineering formulations for our cruelty-free synthetic fibers are protected trade secrets and cannot be reverse-engineered or replicated without written authorization.
3. Quality Control, Specifications & Tolerances
We adhere to rigorous international quality control standards across all stages—from raw fiber extrusions and ferrule pressing to handle finishing and final assembly. Every production run undergoes multi-stage inspections tailored to international cosmetics safety compliance.
Slight manufacturing variations within industry-accepted ISO standard tolerances (including minor color shade variances, hair density thresholds, and dimension tolerances) may occur due to technical production characteristics. Clients are advised to thoroughly inspect pre-production samples prior to mass manufacture authorization.
4. Compliance, Social Responsibility & Ethics
Anisa International is committed to responsible manufacturing, ethical labor practices, and rigorous material compliance (including REACH, RoHS, and regional cosmetic applicator safety standards). Our operational facilities strictly uphold zero-tolerance policies against forced labor, child labor, and environmentally non-compliant waste disposal.
5. Warranty Disclaimer & Liability Limitations
Anisa International warrants that products shipped will conform to final approved physical sign-off samples and technical specifications. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ANISA INTERNATIONAL, ITS DIRECTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM ORDER DELAYS, UNFORESEEN SUPPLY CHAIN DISRUPTIONS, OR IMPROPER PRODUCT APPLICATION BEYOND THE TOTAL INVOICE VALUE OF THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTION LOT.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to choice of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising under B2B agreements shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) prior to court filings.
